Minimum check-in age is 18
CHECK INS - Between 2.00pm and 8.00pm.
LATE CHECK INS - If check-in in after 8.00pm please phone the reception on 02 65523511 to arrange out-of-hours key collection.
EARLY CHECK-IN - Early check-ins are available @ $20.00 per hour. (Subject to availability)
LATE CHECK-OUT - Late check-outs are available @ $20.00 per hour. (Subject to availability)
Charges for extra guests may apply and vary according to property policy.
A cash deposit or credit card for incidental charges and government-issued photo identification are required upon check-in.
Special requests are subject to availability at the time of check-in. Special requests can't be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

House Policies:
The following is a brief outline of our House Policies.
NSW Health & Fire regulations forbid the cooking of food in our rooms.
Smoking: We do not permit smoking within our guest rooms & smoking within enclosed public areas is against the law in New South Wales. There are plenty of outdoor areas around the property where smoking is permitted, we just ask you to dispose of your butts in the bins and ashtrays provided.
A cleaning fee of $350 will be incurred when smoking occurs within a guest room.
Noise: For the comfort of other guests and our neighbours we have a strict no noise policy after 9:30pm.
Guests: The number of guests occupying the room must not exceed the number stated on your confirmation letter.
Pets: Our motel is unable to accommodate any pets
